Bill Gallagher, known for his snarky comments and giggly demeanor, believes that Art, like life, is too important to be taken seriously.

 

Bill calls New Smyrna Beach home. In fact his studio is located right off of Flagler Ave.  He finds inspiration in his daily life by just getting his toes wet in the ocean or observing the lives of the people here.
